Mark joined the pastoral team after accepting a call to minister at North Beach in January 2005. He was not new to North Beach as he had previously been a pastoral intern for two years before to his appointment during his studies at Trinity theological college.
Mark’s areas or ministry and responsibility are in preaching and discipleship overseeing the home fellowship groups.

Mark has a clear passion for communicating God's word, for discipleship and leadership, enjoys sport and is pretty good at making biltong as well.

Having emigrated from Ireland as a six year old, Henry was raised in the Brethren church. After leaving school he did an apprenticeship in printing at the Government Printing office where he worked for 22 years. Although raised in a Christian home Henry did not truly come to faith and start to walk with the Lord till over 30 years of age. Shortly after coming to faith he met his wife Helen. They have three married children.
As a mature aged student Henry studied for an Advanced Diploma in Theology and soon after spent 9 years as the Baptist pastor in Cranbrook. He works at North Beach as the Pastor for Pastoral care. As well as visitation, he helps with Seniors Communion and Luncheon and Share-in.
Bruce Polmear (Associate Pastor for Youth and Young Adults)
Bruce was born on the mission field and raised in a Christian family. The Lord graciously worked in his heart while he was young and he trusted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. Throughout his teenage years, the Lord grew him through time spent in the Bible and he began to serve in the church he attended. After some time working as a Software Engineer, Bruce found the Lord moving his heart more and more toward theological studies and to a greater focus in gospel ministry.
Bruce has served as an intern for a couple of years at North Beach before entering his role as Pastor for Youth and Young Adults in 2011. He has a passion for seeing people come to faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord and to see people grow as disciples, firm and established in their faith to love and serve the Lord. It is his hope and prayer that the Lord will produce lasting fruit through Bruce partnering with others in the gospel work among the youth and young adults at North Beach.
Kaye Tranter (Church Office Administrator)
Kaye Tranter began attending North Beach Baptist Church in 1983, transferring membership from Karratha Baptist Church. After working in administration at PMH for many years, Kaye began working in the Church office as Office Administrator in November 2007, giving thanks to God for this goodness.
She is the mother of 3 adult children, 2 sons-in-law and 2 lovely little grandsons. She enjoys watching basketball and being involved with NBBC teams playing at Warwick Leisure Centre. Kaye became a Christian as a teenager and still cherishes her personal relationship with God, who first loved her.
