Grant has been Senior Pastor of NBBC since early 2012, after 14 years of pastoral ministry in beautiful Busselton. Prior to that, he thoroughly enjoyed working as a pharmacist. Grant and his wife Maree have three teenage children, Ashlynne, Caleb & Breanna. In the rare moments of spare time, Grant loves creating things in his shed, and going on 4WD camping holidays. Grant is convinced that the life message of Jesus lives on through the local church, and that there is no situation, life, family or city that God can't restore and renew. Grant sees his role as being a 'leader of leaders' to equip, encouraging and release others into ministry to grow God’s kingdom in the northern suburbs of Perth and to the ends of the earth.
Brad started working at North Beach in mid-2016. Before joining the NBBC team Brad has served in ministry at Curtin University with the students in the AFES Christian Union, and was also pastor at Dalkeith Baptist Church. Brad enjoys opening the Bible with people and helping them to consider Jesus and His gospel. Brad is married to Shona and has three daughters and enjoys time with the family playing games or enjoying a pizza and movie night together. For Brad a nice day off is a mixture of exercise (running or swimming), along with music and coffee.
Bruce began his role as pastor for youth and young adults at NBBC in 2012. Prior to that he worked in software development and still enjoys computers and the occasional tinkering in programming. In his down time he enjoys sports, especially basketball, and playing strategy board games. Bruce has a passion for understanding and making known the Word of God so that people come to faith in Jesus Christ and grow as Christ's disciples. It is his hope and prayer that the Lord will produce lasting fruit through partnering with others in gospel work among the youth and young adults at North Beach. Bruce is married to Kylie who is a great support to him and full-time mum of their precious twin sons, Samuel and Micah.
Kaye is the mother of three wonderful adult children and their lovely spouses, granny to an ever growing number of grandies and grand-dogs. She has always loved being a ‘mum’ and finds wearing the hat of being a ‘granny’ the best ever. Kaye has loved being a part of the NBBC family for the past 20+ years, learning lots along the way. Kaye is practically part of the furniture in the office, saying she was ‘terrified to begin with but in reality finds it a real blessing, privilege and joy to be in this God given role, working alongside this great team, getting to know people and seeing how God takes them along their journey’. She enjoys a good movie and loves watching basketball (especially if she knows any of the players)!
Michelle started off her journey in life in South Africa and shook off her thick accent after 10 years living in New Zealand. Now in sunny Perth enjoying the blessing of her role here at NBBC. This came about from volunteering at Kings Club in 2016 when her walk with the Lord began. Michelle is also involved as a helper in the Juniors Section of NBBC Boys Brigade, where she met her fiancé, Sean. The two are getting married and starting their lives together in May 2018. In her moments of free time, she thoroughly enjoys writing, crafting and playing games.
Caitlin is married to Joe and has been attending North Beach Baptist church since 2010. She loves working with kids, and has been employed as an Education Assistant in a Pre-Kindy for the past three years. Caitlin enjoys time with family and friends, playing board games and baking. She also loves spending time in God’s amazing creation, in particular the bush and the beach. Caitlin is very excited about the opportunity to support the ministry of the church and see young children grow in their walk with Jesus.
Well, the truth is, it's not actually what you do, but what God has done to accomplish salvation for anyone.
We are sinners, and are all held accountable to God.
The bible says that God is holy and we are not. The bible says that all of us have fallen short of the glory of God and that the wages of our sin is death.
The Bible provides a clear answer. Here is the answer from God’s Word, the Bible, that tells us how God saves us.
First, see yourself for what you are… A Sinner!
Sin is tragic, vile…it blights, degrades, destroys. It has dire consequences: “The soul who sins is the one who will die (be separated from God forever)” “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life”
Repentance is a change of mind, a change of heart, and it results in a change of actions. You must change your mind about sin and want God to end its mastery over you. After all, sin is so bad it took Christ’s death to make forgiveness possible for you.
Believe in the completed work Christ accomplished on the cross. You must believe that Christ substituted Himself for you, that He died for your sins (though He never sinned), and that He was resurrected from death. “The punishment that brought us peace was upon Him”. Our sins nailed Him to the cross, and “by His wounds we are healed. “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.”
You must believe in Christ and receive Him personally into your life by faith if you are to be saved from the power of sin and its consequences. “To all who receive Him, to those who believe in His name, He gave the right to become children of God”. Will you pray to God something like this?
“God, I am convinced I am a sinner, and that Christ alone can save me. I repent of my sinful life and believe Jesus Christ died for me. Please forgive me for my rebellion against You and help me to live with Jesus as Lord of my life.”
If that is now true of you and Christ is your Saviour and Lord, the next step is to get connected with God's people and grow in your life with Christ. We would love to help you do that. You can contact us to speak with someone more about becoming a Christian and getting connected to our church.

At North Beach we seek to be freshly amazed by the grace of God to us in Jesus Christ and to then respond with lives of worship (Romans 12:1-3). On a Sunday our corporate worship is therefore foundational to that as a community of people as we are reminded of God's grace, as we encourage one another expressing our love for God together.
We would love you to join us at any of our services.
Service Times are at 9.30 am (supervised crèche and children's ministry available) and 6 pm each Sunday (supervised crèche available).
We are committed to Glorifying and Enjoying God together on Sundays. Our desire in to respond to God's grace to us in Jesus through singing songs full of the gospel, hearing God's word read and proclaimed, giving and serving together and praying together.
We place a high value on hearing God's word taught to us and seeking to have it applied to our lives in the power of the Holy Spirit so we can live it out in the day to day. Preaching is therefore central to what we do when we gather for worship.
Though we are not perfect at it, we seek to serve one another in love, genuinely caring for others and encouraging one another to grow in understanding and appreciation of God's love in Jesus.
Please join us for worship or to contact us for more info click here.
