Covid-19: We believe that meeting together matters a lot. But we need to be sensible in how we meet – for our sake, the sake of the community and for the sake of our health care system and workers. This has led us to cancel all gatherings of more than 2-3 people, effective immediately. By 8.00am every Sunday, a video of our church service will be available online that features a kids talk. We also have separate NB Kids E-Lessons for your children to watch as well here.
We consider an awesome privilege to partner with you to help your children develop faith in Jesus Christ that lasts a lifetime. We are blessed with a wonderful team of people who endeavour to teach God’s Word in a fun, engaging, meaningful and creative way. We look forward to meeting your child or children.
NB Kids (8:30am and 10:30am Services)
NB Kids operates a quality, high energy, Bible focused program for children during the school term, for children from Kindy to Year 6 (Youth Group for older children). Please register your children any time from 8:15am/10:15am, and collect your children at 10am/12pm (which gives you a few child free minutes after the service to grab a coffee!). During school holidays, children remain with their parents in the church service with special activity packs provided part way through the service. A creche operates every Sunday morning for children ages 0-4years.
NB Kids @6
NB Kids @6 have three children’s ministry groups during school terms -pre kindy (age 1-3), a lower primary group (kindy to Year 2) and an upper primary group (Years 3-6). NBBC also has great facilities for parents of babies to care for their children whilst still listening to the service.
King’s Club is a fabulously fun, energy soaked and jam-packed annual school holiday program. It runs Monday to Friday during the 1st week of the July School Holidays, catering for Years 1-6. It is important to book early. Find out more about Kingsclub. Please note there will be no Kingsclub 2020 due to Covid-19.
Sea Stars Playgroup
We engage with parents and preschoolers from NBBC and the wider community in a dynamic play group each Thursday morning of school term (there may be a waiting list). Find out more.
