We consider an awesome privilege to partner with you to help your children & youth develop faith in Jesus Christ that lasts a lifetime. We are blessed with a wonderful team of people who endeavour to teach God’s Word in a fun, engaging, meaningful and creative way.
NB Kids
Sundays @8:30am, 10:30am & 6:00pm
NB Kids are passionate about seeing little people come to faith in Jesus and to help grow that faith. NB Kids operates a quality, high energy, Bible focused program for children during the school term.
We are blessed with a wonderful team of people who endeavour to teach God’s Word in a fun, engaging, meaningful and creative way.
NBBC has great facilities for parents of babies to care for their children whilst still listening to the service.
During school holidays, children remain with their parents in the church service with special activity packs provided part way through the service.
NB Kids @8:30am & 10:30am
Kindy to Year 6 with creche for children ages 0-4 years.
NB Kids @6:00pm - Pre-Kindy to Year 6.
Ignite Youth
Sundays @8:30am & 10:30am
Friday Nights @6:00pm
Our Ignite Youth ministry (years 7-12) aims to teach, model and glorify Jesus in a safe, fun and friendly environment. We have a wonderful group of youth leaders who are keen to walk with youth as they come to know Jesus and grow in Him
There are two main parts of Ignite Youth:
Friday night Ignite (7-9pm during term)
We have a talented and enthusiastic, well screened leadership team who love teaching youth about Jesus and sharing life together. Generally, every second week Ignite has a Bible talk, prayer, games, food and an opportunity to hang out together. On alternate weeks we have well supervised events at or near NBBC that are purely for fun.

Sunday morning Ignite
On Sunday mornings, youth are invited to join Ignite youth Bible studies during the last two thirds of the church services.
Along with the regular Friday and Sunday gatherings, we have an annual camp in Term 1, participate in certain inter-church youth activities and have other opportunities to build friendships.
Sea Stars Playgroup
Thursdays 9:30am-11:30am
We welcome families with children aged 0-5 years.
Sea Stars aims to provide a caring, nurturing and structured environment where children have the opportunity to interact with others and develop social skills, as well as participate in activities that will help prepare them for kindergarten.
Each week children participate in singing, story time and a special craft activity, as well as plenty of free play. Mums have the opportunity to socialise and share morning tea and a cuppa.
Girls' Brigade
Monday Nights from 6:00pm
Pre-Primary to Years 9+
Girl’s Brigade aims to help girls become mature Christian leaders by providing them with experiences which are adventurous, challenging, exciting and relevant. Through craft, music, teaching, sport and
a Bible study, girls learn about the physical, educational, social and spiritual elements of life.
The Girls’ Brigade motto is to Seek, Serve and Follow Christ.
New girls are always welcome. Girls’ Brigade at North Beach meet every Monday during the school term from 6.00-8.30 pm.
During Brigades, parents are welcome to stay to look, chat, and relax with a tea or coffee in our café area.
Boys' Brigade
Monday Nights from 6:00pm
Pre-Primary to Year 12
At North Beach Boys’ Brigade, we are into long-term Christian mentoring and manliness development from ages 5 to 18.
We provide a wide range of interesting and Christ-centred activities on Monday evenings during school term that boys won’t get elsewhere. Some of these activities include camps, fishing, MasterChef cooking classes, electronics and sports.
New boys are always welcome. Boys’ Brigade at North Beach meet every Monday during the school term from 6.00-8.30 pm.
During Brigades, parents are welcome to stay to look, chat, and relax with a tea or coffee in our café area.
Kings Club
July School Holidays
King’s Club is a fabulously fun, energy soaked and jam-packed annual school holiday program. It runs for 5 days, Monday to Friday during the 1st week of the July school holidays.
Each day is a hive of activity with 250 excited children teaming about.
Some might think this equals chaos! Some may think we are crazy, but our carefully selected team of volunteers have being doing this for so many years that they operate like a well oiled machine. We’ll let you in on a little secret… they have so much fun every year they are lining up to sign up before we can ask. Each year we run a different theme. Every day is an exciting program designed to engage, enthral and energise children through Bible time, craft, recreation, dancing, singing and an essential morning tea.
Our program is primarily for Year 1 – 6, but we also cater in a limited capacity for younger siblings who are in Kindy or Pre-Primary.
